Bought our new suv from Wheelers and we're very happy! Set up the deal online and via texts with Josh, including an estimate for our trade (sent pics and VIN #). Got to the dealership - the new suv was waiting in their heated garage ready to go, they honored the trade estimate and the paperwork was ready to go. Whole process took less than 1 hr. Very easy to deal with, friendly staff, low pressure. Will do business again!

We've very happy with our customer care experiences at Wheelers W.R., both service dept. and a recent purchase working with Sean D., I requested to be contacted when something came in per our requirements, and he followed up with timely responses. We felt the team offered great communication with no pressure on our selections. Would recommend this dealership.
If you get service done, make sure you thoroughly check their work as they are very forgetful of minor but important details. Like putting your spare tire back where it belongs. Especially ignorant to find it not where it belongs when they asked me at the beginning of service if I would like THEM to put it back under the truck, and they don't.
Oil change and tire rotation
Awesome dealership. I'm not happy with the GM software and problematic updates to the infotainment system. With the ongoing issues since it was new and only 500 miles left on the bumper to bumper I should not have to pay to continue to troubleshoot or fix these issues. It should be covered by GM

I recently moved to the Rapids area and took my GMC in last week for an oil change and tire rotation to Wheelers. Immediately I was given the run around with regards to my maintenance and service contracts. I was unprofessionally shuffled from one advisor to the shop back to a different advisor who picked up the phone to verify my maintenance contract and gave the green light that Wheelers would honor my maintenance contract instructing me to take my keys to the maintenance technician.

My initial contact with Scott was extremely unprofessional. My husband and I decided we would never buy a vehicle from Wheelers. However, Trent called the next morning apologizing for Scott's behavior. We decided to test drive the vehicle and ended up purchasing it that day. Trent is not your stereotype car salesman. Collision center popped my bumper back into place and buffed off scuff marks on my bumper. All free of charge. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
The employees target their customers by seeing who can make them money and who can’t. If they feel you can’t get a newer vehicle they won’t even assist you. I waited the employee walked past me twice and didn’t say a word. I walked out and I went to a different dealership and got myself a new one elsewhere.

Terrible, absolutely! The worst experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. They bully you into using their financing. When you know you can get a better deal than that. Nick is a good guy, the salesman but the rest of them I will never go back there.

Outrageous price to get a transmission installed in my Chevrolet 1500 after it was replaced once before. GM has an issue with these transmissions and need to fix the issue at their expence. I will never buy another Chevrolet again.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated, it took an hour and half to do that. Why so long? I had to reschedule and appt I had because it took so long. I have never had to wait that long to have my oil changed and tires rotated. So I probably will not be coming back!

Worst customer service from any service department I’ve ever had. Joel couldn’t have cared less how much money or time we have spent trying to get our vehicle fixed. Their “ASE” certified technicians couldn’t complete a repair to save themselves. We took our vehicle in because it wasn’t running well. We paid over 1000$ to get everything fixed. Ordered my retirement truck in August of 2021. Picked up my truck in November 2021. The mileage as of today is 985 actual miles. The truck has been in the shop 4 times with one issue being a vibration in the front end, resulting in replacement of the front tires twice. I have a 2022 GMC HD Serria crew cab with an 8' box with 1500 miles on it. If it gets colder than 10 degrees F, something in the engine/transmission area sounds like two pieces of metal that are rotating in a blender. After five minutes of less, the noise goes away. I have always been happy with my service at Wheelers. Have always been very friendly and helpful. Haven't had any problems getting in for service at anytime service was needed.
Told them when i scheduled that i needed a loaner car and they didnt have one for me so i had to sit and wait for them to finish and was told that they might not even finish it that day so i didnt know if i was going to be stranded

Wack, I called in about a issue on my ac for my 08 Chevy 2500 and was told I would get a call back. No calls back and then when I call back they want to transfer me to the person who doesn’t call back. Instead of just helping with my issue the guy tried to pass it to someone else.

Bought a truck from them and they only left me 1/4 of a tank worth of gas in it. Took then over 3 days to detail it for me and they wouldn’t fix the seats or scratches on the windows, with it with out tint. When I’m spending over 25k on a truck, I kind expect it to look nice, be ready to take home, and have the gas to get home.

Will not ever buy a vehicle from Wheeler's ever again nor have it even serviced there. This last experience has been enough to make me feel that way. Dan Wheeler should learn how to talk to customers instead of talking down to them, got my vehicle back with garbage in it (not from my family) and the gas light on (we never let it get under 1/2 tank). Pretty disappointed considering I had to make sure the loaner was at the same gas level from when I got it, guess that doesn't apply to you!
We recently purchased a 2014 Silverado and our salesman and his team were awesome to deal with. Steve and Adam were both great to work with. We had purchased a truck a few months prior from another Chevy dealer and were just not satisfied with the vehicle or the service right from the start.
Had a engine light on they asked for us to bring it in and they cleared the code and never looked Into it
I had to scan it to find the code and see what it was. The light would come on for a day at first then go off then it would come on for a week or more
