Bought our new suv from Wheelers and we're very happy! Set up the deal online and via texts with Josh, including an estimate for our trade (sent pics and VIN #). Got to the dealership - the new suv was waiting in their heated garage ready to go, they honored the trade estimate and the paperwork was ready to go. Whole process took less than 1 hr. Very easy to deal with, friendly staff, low pressure. Will do business again!

We've very happy with our customer care experiences at Wheelers W.R., both service dept. and a recent purchase working with Sean D., I requested to be contacted when something came in per our requirements, and he followed up with timely responses. We felt the team offered great communication with no pressure on our selections. Would recommend this dealership.
Oil change and tire rotation
Awesome dealership. I'm not happy with the GM software and problematic updates to the infotainment system. With the ongoing issues since it was new and only 500 miles left on the bumper to bumper I should not have to pay to continue to troubleshoot or fix these issues. It should be covered by GM

My initial contact with Scott was extremely unprofessional. My husband and I decided we would never buy a vehicle from Wheelers. It was very good wven with another price increase and I forgot to tell him I wanted to use my points. Then I was driving home and I kept getting all wheel drive not working alert and service parking brake alerts. I even stopped once and turned off the car and restarted it and atill got the alerts

We had a great experience working with Nick at Wheelers! We went in on a Thursday evening and looked at a vehicle and he was patient and willing to answer any questions we had. We went back Saturday morning after setting up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and were in and out within 15 minutes. On December 27th I purchased a Brand New GMC Hummer from a dealership in Minnesota and on my drive home to Chicago, I got an error message and ended up having to call roadside assistance who towed my truck to Wheelers GMC as they were the closest dealership authorized to work on Hummers.
